Sup guys! (going to try to keep this post clean, with nice typing...)
As most of you know, the server is going through quite a few changes.
To start off, an RPG server will be added to firetop! So for those thrill seekers who want some serious action and story lines, this is for you! The firetop staff have been working on this project and are commencing setting it up. Pictures will be taken of our progress.(The Community server will still be open, but just re-built)

Little description of what is to come out of this server:
-Classes
-Skills
-Balanced Economy
-Pre-Built Towns
-PvP
-Factions (YEEYUH FACTIONS!)
-Npc's (Which means Quests will be added)
And much more!

I will also be discussing of a client for both the Community Server and the RPG Server

Hello Users of Firetop!

WebAuction is open!

For those who do not know:
WebAuction is a system that links the firetop website to the server. With this, you can buy things people wish to sell without even being in-game!

Guide:

Creating an account and logging on:

First off, you must create a WebAuction (otherwise known as WA) account. to do so, use the command;
/wa password (password)
for example;
/wa password firetop
"firetop" being the desired password.

Once that is done, use the "Auction" tab on the firetop website, and Click the "Login here!" link

after, that is done, you will come across this:

your "username" is the username you use in-game, and the password is the password you used to create your wa account.

Note: Your wa password does not need to be the same password you use to log into the firetop server.

Checking item value:

Before you sell your item. You will want to compare it to the servers economy value.
To do that, hold the item you want to sell in your hand. Then type /value. It will give you the value of that item.
Now you have an idea what price you can sell your item at. Like in real life you wont pay $1000 dollars for a bag of chips, this is the value of the item.
If you hold more then one item in your hand. It will automatically do the math for you of how much that stack if worth. Lets say a stone block costs $3.02 per stone. If you hold a stack of 64 stone it will automatically tell you that stack if worth $69.17.


If you do not want to wait to sell your item using WebAuction.
You can sell your item right away to the server using /value sell, on whatever your holding in your hand. But! You will only get half price on the item or stack of items.
So when deciding what price you want to sell your stack of stone. Make sure you do /value on it. And then Check on WebAuctions for anyone else selling a stack of stone.
And then try to bet them with a competitive price.

Buying/Selling Items:

Now that your account is all setup, you probably want to start bying and selling items. But before that, you need to know about your wa mailbox.
the mailbox can be found on the firetop server. you use the mailbox to withdraw items you've bought item on the website, or to put things up for sale (you can also create wa chests to sell items). Also, when buying items, you need money in your wa account. use the signs in the webauction tutorial room to deposit money from the server to your wa account. (money can also be withdrawn)
To buy an item, there has to be a seller. We will use me (KillaTrix) as the Buyer and Rustayy as the Seller, as an example.
